What a Day Camp looks like.

A full school-day of active, supervised fun — kids are grouped into age-appropriate activities so everyone plays at their level.

  • Gymnastics on every event — beam, bars, floor, and the tumble track, led by our coaches.
  • Team games, crafts & activities to keep the whole day moving.
  • Wide-open gym play and plenty of free time to make friends and burn off energy.
  • Snack & lunch breaks to recharge — campers bring their own lunch and water bottle.

Day Camp FAQs.

Everything families ask before the first drop-off — all in one place.

Comfortable clothes they can move in, a water bottle, a packed nut-free lunch, and a snack. Gym shoes with socks are great for the non-gymnastics parts of the day. Please leave toys, stuffed animals, phones, and other electronics at home.

No — campers bring their own lunch and snacks. Our gym is a nut-free zone and we can’t refrigerate or heat food, so pack accordingly. List any allergies or dietary restrictions on your registration form.

Nope! Day camps are built for ages 5–12 of every experience level. Campers are grouped with peers close in age so they are always doing age appropriate activities.

Absolutely. Every no-school day is priced and booked separately — take the one day you need, or grab the whole school year. Spots are limited and popular dates fill, so register early.

We run on Minneapolis Public Schools release days and no-school Mondays throughout the school year. Every date is on our live calendar with a day-exact registration link.

Only the authorized pickup people listed on your registration form. If someone else needs to pick up, let camp staff know in advance by emailing camps@mplsgymnastics.com. Everyone picking up — including authorized adults — should be ready to show a photo ID.

Campers need to be fully independent in the bathroom — going on their own, managing clothing, wiping, and washing hands. We understand that accidents happen; we’ll help with a change of clothes and send the parents a message so they are aware.

Plans change — just let us know as early as you can by emailing info@mplsgymnastics.com so we can offer your spot to another family.
