What a Summer Camp day looks like.
Campers spend a full, active day in the gym — no gymnastics experience needed. Every week brings a fresh theme, and every day is packed with movement, creativity, and new friends.
- Gymnastics on every event — beam, bars, floor, and the tumble track, led by our coaches.
- Themed crafts, games & activities that build through the week around each week's theme.
- Wide-open gym play and plenty of free time to make friends and burn off energy.
- Snack & lunch breaks to recharge — campers bring their own lunch and water bottle.

How the day flows.
A full, active day with a rhythm campers can count on — lots of movement, curated crafts and activities, and a whole lot of fun.
Morning
Drop-off and a warm welcome to kick off the week's theme, then the first trips around the gym — beam, bars, floor, and the tumble track.
Midday
A snack break, lunch with their pod, and wide-open gym play — the perfect stretch to recharge, burn off energy, and make new friends.
Afternoon
Themed crafts, games, and activities that build on the week's theme, then a cool-down and wind-down before pick-up.

Summer Camp FAQs.
Everything families ask before the first drop-off
— all in one place.
Comfortable clothes for indoor and outdoor play, a water bottle, a packed nut-free lunch, and a snack. A hat and sunglasses are great too. We apply sunscreen before outdoor activities unless you let us know otherwise. Please leave toys, stuffed animals, phones, and other electronics at home.
Drop-off is 8:45–9:00am and pick-up is 3:00–3:15pm. On Day 1, park and walk your camper in to check in; Days 2–5 are easy curbside drop-off and pick-up. You’ll get a car sign with your camper’s name on Day 1 for pick-up. Pick-ups after 3:15 are charged $15/day, with additional late fees after 4:00pm.
Only the authorized pickup people listed on your registration form. If someone else needs to pick up, let camp staff know in advance by emailing camps@mplsgymnastics.com. Everyone picking up — including authorized adults — should be ready to show a photo ID.
Yes! Add an extra hour at the start (drop-off 8:00–9:00am) and/or the end (pick-up 3:00–4:00pm) — $10/day for one end or $20/day for both. Campers enjoy independent activities with a counselor. Just register ahead of time.
Not at all. Camp is built for ages 5–12 of every experience level, and campers are placed in pods with peers close in age so they are always doing age appropriate activities.
Summer Camp is a strict nut-free zone, so please pack a nut-free lunch — we can’t refrigerate or heat food. List any allergies or dietary restrictions on your registration form. Campers occasionally make a treat as part of an activity, but it will always follow our food guidelines.
Campers need to be fully independent in the bathroom — going on their own, managing clothing, wiping, and washing hands. We understand that accidents happen; we’ll help with a change of clothes and send the parents a message so they are aware.
We use the Remind app for updates, staff messages, and photos from the week (save your favorites by Friday!). You’ll get instructions to join your camper’s Remind group the week before your session. Questions before then? Email camps@mplsgymnastics.com.
Cancel two or more weeks before your session for a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancel within two weeks and you’ll receive a credit for the amount paid (minus the $50 fee) to use toward classes, events, or future camps.
Pay in full at registration, or choose a monthly plan. After a deposit at checkout, payments run automatically on the 15th of each month from January 15 through June 15, with your balance split evenly across the remaining payments.
