What are our Skills Camps all about?

Are you looking for a skills-based gymnastics camp for your gymnast?

Help them flip, twist, and jump into an unforgettable summer at one or both of our Summer Skills Camps! This camp was developed for all students who are currently enrolled at the gym in one of the following programs:

- Team, Developmental Team, Advanced Youth, and Intermediate Youth

Skills Camp is designed for students who are eager to improve their skills, who want to be challenged toward reaching their personal goals, and of course, for having a ton of fun in the process!

If you are looking for a camp option for your child who isn't in one of these programs, register for Summer Camps!

What does a typical day at camp look like?

During Skills Camp, gymnasts will be divided into groups based on skill level, ensuring each athlete receives personalized coaching and focused training. Every day, campers will work on each of the four main events (bars, floor, beam, and vault) with an experienced coach who will provide guidance on how to progress to the next appropriate skill level for them. Since the camp is progressive and tailored to the individual gymnast, no two weeks will be the same—there’s always something new to learn!

In addition to skill building, campers will bond with their fellow campers throughout the week! They’ll work together to choose a team name, enjoy meals and snacks, play games, and participate in fun crafts and activities! Every day includes an open gym time, BYO lunch, structured craft or activity, and a "Snack and Stretch" time to refuel and unwind after a big day.

Parents, join us on Friday from 2:30-3:00 for a special Ice Cream Party at the end of our camp time!
